| 2. The company/individual placing the ad is of legal age, to place an adult advertisment in their country, state and city. | |
| 3. You are the model/advertiser presented in photos or are a direct representative of the model. PLEASE NO BAIT AND SWITCH! | |
| 4. You are solely responsible for your ad and the content of your ad. | |
| 5. Please be aware that any ad updates generally take 3-7 days, please be aware of the turnaround times. | |
| 6. Your photos do become property of TheGFEClub.com (meaning, we have the right to compress the image or to alter to the image if we find it beneficial to the advertiser) | |

| 8. Your photos and text are 100% uncensored. It is our mission to give you, the advertiser as much freedom as you would like however, your photos should be no more erotic than what is seen on various newsstands seen throughout the U.S and the world, (PENTHOUSE, PlayBoy, Hustler, etc). Please keep that in mind while exercising your 100% uncensored right! In other words- DON'T SUBMIT GROSS OR ABSOLUTELY OFFENSIVE PHOTOS! If we do find that your photos are considered by our staff manager, crude, gross or offensive, your ad will be removed and there are no refunds! | |

| 13. BY PLACING AN AD OF ANY TYPE YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE AND ALL TERMS. | |
| 14. All base ads paid with a credit card will rebill automatically at the current listed price. If you should chose to upgrade your ad and pay with a credit card, you will need to pay for 2 months in advance, which will not recurr. You will then be awarded a free month of service, for a grand total of 3 months. At the end of the 3 month term you will be contacted requesting the same billing arrangement or full cancelation. | |
| 15. In the event a refund should be given, please allow 30 days for TheGFEClub.com cease billing. Refunds are given for billing errors only and it may take 30-60 days for this amount to reflect in your account. | |
| 16. In the event you do decide to end your advertising relationship with TheGFEClub.com, you do agree to login to your GFEClub.com account and cancel. You do recognize that doing this is the ONLY way to cease billing. You do also recognize that emailing admin requesting cancellation does NOT end your billing. | |
